For their Shipping Policy, they make every effort to process your order quickly. Cali Raised LED offers free UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. This is valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. They do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States.
For their Return Policy, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can reach out to their sales team within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. All returns must be processed through their Returns Portal within 30 days of the package being received. Once approved, you will have to pay the shipping cost for the returning product. If you return a product you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Rock Sliders are not eligible for return. Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
